What kind of perfumes does Rivante make?
Long lasting Eau de Parfum fragrances in two curated collections, one for him and one for her. Eight signature scents, each built around a mood: fresh, floral, fruity, woody, smoky and warm.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
It comes down to how much fragrance oil is in the bottle. Eau de Parfum (EDP) usually holds around 15 to 20 percent, Eau de Toilette (EDT) around 5 to 15 percent. More oil means a richer scent that stays with you longer. Rivante is made as an Eau de Parfum.
What are top, heart and base notes?
They are the three stages a perfume moves through. Top notes are what you smell first and fade within minutes. Heart notes appear next and shape the character. Base notes come last and are what stays on your skin for hours.
Where are Rivante perfumes made?
Rivante perfumes are made in India, at a licensed manufacturing facility in Gujarat, and marketed by Rivante Life, Jodhpur.
Can men wear the women’s scents, or the other way round?
Absolutely. The collections are curated to make choosing easier, not to set rules. If a scent speaks to you, wear it.
Longevity
How long does a Rivante perfume last?
Rivante fragrances are made to last 8 to 10 hours on skin. Actual wear depends on skin type, weather and how much you apply.
Why does my perfume fade so quickly?
Dry skin, heat and low fragrance concentration are the usual reasons. Fragrance holds onto moisture, so dry skin lets it evaporate faster. Lighter EDTs and body mists also fade much sooner than an Eau de Parfum.
How do I make perfume last longer in Indian weather?
Apply right after a shower on moisturised skin. Spray on pulse points like the neck, wrists and behind the ears. Don’t rub your wrists together. A light spray on clothes also helps the scent hold longer.
Why does the same perfume smell different on me and my friend?
Your skin chemistry, body temperature and even diet change how a fragrance develops. That is exactly why we recommend trying a Discovery Set first.
Usage
How many sprays should I use?
Two to three sprays for office or college. Four to five for evenings and occasions.
Where should I apply it?
Pulse points work best: neck, wrists, inner elbows and behind the ears. These spots are warmer, which helps the fragrance project through the day.
Can I spray it on my clothes?
Yes, fragrance often lasts longer on fabric. Test on a hidden spot first, as some oils can mark delicate or light coloured fabrics.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Rivante perfumes are for external use only. If you have sensitive skin, patch test on your inner arm first and avoid broken or irritated skin. Stop use if irritation appears.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and open flames. Avoid leaving it in the car or the bathroom, as heat and humidity break fragrance down faster.

What is a Discovery Set?
A box of four Rivante perfumes in 15 ml bottles. It lets you try different scents on your own skin, for real days, before choosing your full size favourite.
What is inside each set?
Discovery Set for Men: Sea Cool, Oud on the Rocks, Mystic Ash and Night Shade.
Discovery Set for Women: Rose Bloom, Pink Rush, Sea Velvet and Berrydon.
How long will a Discovery Set last?
Each 15 ml bottle gives roughly 150 sprays. With daily use, that is several weeks of wear per scent.
Can I choose my own four perfumes?
Not at the moment. Our sets are curated so each one covers four different moods.
Are Discovery Set bottles the same quality as full size?
Yes. Same fragrance, same concentration, just a smaller bottle.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Can I return a perfume I have opened?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. [Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.]
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
How long do refunds take?
